AK Marketing provides digital marketing services, consulting, lead generation systems, website development, automation setup, and related services.
All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver measurable improvements, results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, client cooperation, and execution.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, or business outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and necessary access to systems required to perform services.
Delays caused by lack of client cooperation are not the responsibility of AK Marketing.
4. Payments
All payments for services are due as agreed in writing.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All systems, frameworks, strategies, and materials created by AK Marketing remain intellectual property unless ownership is explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive usage rights to deliverables upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
AK Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
8. Independent Contractor
AK Marketing operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between AK Marketing and the client.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Force Majeur
AK Marketing shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, platform outages, government actions, or technical failures.
